1. What others think of you.
This is none of your business, only a matter for them.
Living by your values and boundaries will ensure that you attract people in your life who compliment your life.
2. Mortality
Yes it’s going to happen, it’s out of your control. Once you get your head round that, you can embrace life, have fun and make a difference.
3. People pleasing.
This may seem like a good idea, but in doing so you compromise your own values and give away your personal power. And they probably won’t thank you either!
4. Putting people on a pedestal.
Trying to be like someone else, hero worshipping diminishes your own light and sets you up for disappointment.
Fine to model successful people or their habits but it’s better to be a first rate version of yourself than a second rate copy of someone else.
5. Asking yourself if you are good enough.
Keep doing what you love and what your are good at and this one takes care of itself.
6. Comparing yourself to others.
Compare yourself to how you were yesterday not how others are today.
Think of all the extra mental space and energy you will have available for your own stuff once
you give up irrelevant thinking.
